Engaging with people too, our team of sales professionals thrive on working in the field with customers and interfacing with the various people in the sales channel. Engineering or business, or both, our staff come from various professional backgrounds including electronic systems engineering, high-tech sales (electronic hardware, sub-systems, and software), and consumer-sales marketing. Our strength is selling technically-involved products paired with establishing and building good rapport with business affiliates and end-customers.

From various field sales roles, our sales people have the capacity to be direct account managers for major accounts, and the talent to work within a distributed team of affiliates to sell into mid-level accounts, advising and supervising the sales efforts of supporting teams. With years of experience, we have great comprehension on motivation that propels the sales team to bring us more opportunities. We enjoy and are successful at selling branded solutions conveying the benefits and value of new innovations. Previous sales experience has raised our skill in improving rapport at existing customers, while also acquiring new customers to grow the business within our account base. Distribution is very similar to retail dealers in that they are the customer-facing sales outlets for a majority of consumers in their respective industries; as manufacturer's sales representatives, we have the potential to work in a 'dotted-line' managerial role where we can advise the sales channel on new products and coach their sales efforts.

In this new era, the conveyance of ideas and information needs to flow seamlessly and good communication skills are necessary to interact effectively within organizations and to work throughout the broad spectrum of management and staff. Effective communication is one of our inspirations, since achieving timely results with compressed demands on time are now expected more than ever. Initiatives that we've played a significant role in were developing and promoting product-centric regional marketing seminars which showcased recently released products as well as new application ideas for established products; we revel in evangelizing about the products in our portfolio.

Outside of our work duties, we enjoy participating in recreational activities which continually evolve as new technology is applied to increase enjoyment of them.
These pursuits include kitesurfing, water skiing, mountain biking, motorcycling, wakeboarding, bicycling, snow skiing, snowboarding, and others.
